Handle have partnered with a fast growth and scaling Digital Media startup in London who are looking to bring on board a People Director as their first strategic HR hire.
This is an international business currently sat around c.120 in headcount across the UK and US and there is no sign of them slowing down! They are looking for someone with ambition and vision to really shape this role and be a key decision maker on the senior leadership team.
In this role you will design and drive an incredible and bespoke people agenda that will elevate the business to the next level.
You will take ownership of the whole culture piece, looking at reshaping their benefit and reward schemes, defining core company values and enabling talent to develop long term with the business.
They have a really flat structure so experience defining org structures and getting management buy-in for key strategic projects is important as they are looking to explore new territories and open more offices globally.
Being results focused, commercially minded and having a real balance of creativity and innovation is key. They are an incredibly profitable startup so being progressive and coming with fresh ideas and new concepts is vital.
