You must have solid HR experience across creative industries (a mix of small startup experience as well as larger-scale creative companies is ideal). Due to the amazing HR offering that already exists in the company, you must have clear examples of innovative ideas and forward thinking HR initiatives that you have created and driven forward in previous roles.
- Have the ability to influence and understand challenging and creative senior leadership teams
- Be able to navigate through change and an ever evolving business
- Have a solid background working within creative companies and have a wealth of experience and knowledge that you can tap into and adapt to a unique business
