Handle are excited to be working with a fast growth international media company who are looking for a strong HR Lead/HR Business Partner to come on board. Working with the current Global HR Director, this is a brand new headcount and you will come in as their number two. You will act as a strong HR presence in London, as well as build the HR function out across their two London offices.
This is the perfect role for someone looking for a blank canvas with the enormous opportunity to put your stamp on the HR strategy and ways of working.
Your main focus will be to build the strategy and play a key role in developing everything from day to day processes to culture projects, as well as evolving the HR team in line with the company's growth plans.
This role will be a true mix of strategy and hands on work, there is so much exciting project work to lead on and initiatives to drive so coming with your own ideas and being adaptable will be vital.
You will create and drive strategies on engagement, learning and development, succession plans, values and culture projects etc. as well as coaching the business as you go.
Strong stakeholder management is crucial to the success of this role and so we're looking for applicants with previous business partnering experience in a professional, yet creative industry or environment.
- Advise all staff on HR policies and introduce new processes rolled out across the business.
- Assist Managers with the monthly review system
- Manage the full HR remit including ER, L&D, Comp and Bens/Reward etc.
- Create and lead on multiple HR projects
- Coach Managers on new ways of working, probations, performance management and training initiatives.
- Be a true business partner
- Really shape the HR function and HR offering
