Job Description

Handle have partnered with this arts organsition of around 50 people who are leaders in their field. They have a unique part time, remote working opportunity for someone to come in and manage all things People and talent for 2 days a week (ideally spread out over the week)

This role will hold responsibility for the full employee lifecycle for the business, building relationships and acting as a real touchpoint for all levels.

A broad generalist remit, you'll enjoy the variety and hands on aspects that comes with that. They are a small business with big ideas and a progressive outlook so as well as managing BAU HR you will also work on strategic projects. For example you would take a lead in helping their mission to tackle the DE&I mission, they would like to push the boundaries within their industry.

The business has a board advisor with a People Director background who will be a great HR ally, and the business totally embrace HR seeing it as a real connector role and great support for the business at all levels. You'll have her support and regular contact so its not a complete standalone remit.

This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist who is looking for something meaningful and long term within a lovely, forward thinking creative business. You may have other responsibilities meaning you can't commit to a full time role, or perhaps you are consulting and looking for a long term client alongside other projects (they would consider paying you into a ltd co/ sole trader if that was required)

If you are a HR Generalsit looking for a really rewarding HR role, but has minimal time to commit please apply!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of sending your CV then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position you have applied for.
