Handle is excited to be partnering with an award winning digital entertainment brand as they search for a Standalone People & Culture Manager to lead their HR strategy over the next 12months.
Working on in an autonomous basis, supporting circa 100 people in London, you will lead on all things people & talent related covering the full HR spectrum from operational HR to developing the People strategy. You will be heavily involved in talent attraction, acquisition and development as well as Employee relations, payroll and lifecycle HR Administration.
In addition, you will be working directly with the Senior Management Team and so our ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as a considered, commercial approach to HR.
