Handle Recruitment are working in partnership with an entertainment company who are on the lookout for a People Manager.
In this newly created semi-standalone role for 125 employees, you will be reporting into the Head of HR and will be supported by the existing, wider UK HR team.
This is a true generalist role, with focus around managing employee relations, performance and capability. You will also manage day to day advisory around policies and processes. There will be opportunity to work on projects and contribute your own ideas and initiatives to your own client group.
You will be responsible for:
- Full end to end ownership of Employee Relations management
- Lead performance management review
- Employee Engagement
- Identify process improvements and update policies
- Support with HR projects and initiatives including employee engagement initiatives, benefits scheme and company values
