I am working with a leading Global Media Content Business who are looking for a proactive HR Operations Advisor to join a fast-paced team.
You will take an active role in both central and people related projects, leading on projects as required.
You will support with complex queries in relation to policy, process and people relations, lead on reward and benefits communications, support the People Coordinator with visa management and provide accurate reports in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- At least 4 years' experience in HR Coordinator/Advisor role
- Reward/Benefits management
- Salary benchmarking
- Confident in managing project calendars, timetables, comms planning etc.
- Customer service focused
