- Liaise with and provide employee updates to the payroll team.
- Act as first point of contact for all employee queries.
- Manage and update the Cascade database.
- Process all starters, leavers and employee changes.
- Coordinate the internal talent mobility data
- Implement new policies
You will work closely with the People Team ensuring employee engagement is at a high by actively sourcing new company benefits and taking full responsibility of the employee life-cycle.
Candidates must be proficient with excel, pivot tables and v look ups.
