Handle have partnered with a global scaling tech company who are looking for a strong People Partner to come on board for a 12-18 month maternity cover contract.

Partnering with commercial and sales client groups, you will work directly with Directors and C-Suite stakeholders in a broad generalist capacity (excluding talent acquisition), with a focus on project work!
You will need to have the credibility and gravitas to develop and deliver innovative People initiatives and strategies in order to elevate your client groups to the next level across the UK and US. You will work with leadership and management to add real value strategically, whilst being a hands on coach with a focus on org design - this will involve looking at how the business are retaining top talent, how they are maximising career development opportunities internally and how to maintain an incredible culture.
Providing commercial advice with a people-centric and innovative approach, you will support your client groups with employee engagement initiatives, change projects (mergers, acquisitions etc) and wellbeing initiatives, as well as work closely with the L&D team to identify top talent, rising stars and future leaders!
You will coach managers on ER issues and enable them to manage performance improvement programmes and will really add value in an incredible business.
