Performance Marketing Manager - Leading e-sports Business

Handle are delighted to be working alongside a leading e-sports business, with an already large and growing presence within the gaming industry, in search of a Performance Marketing Manager. You will be working in order to keep the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry. This is perfect for someone who is both highly motivated and self-sufficient, with experience across either e-sports, sports or technology.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving the viewership metrics performance, through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement - whilst working collaboratively with broadcasting, production, content and franchise when target setting.
  • You will have accountability for user acquisition strategy, operation and digital campaign management, including targeting, campaign creation, analysis and optimisation.
  • Being on top of the latest performance media across social media and having effective relationship management with counterparts across social platforms.
  • Coordination of creative assets production for paid media when needed, and budget management of paid media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven success in a Performance Marketing position and have the drive and hunger to get stuck into this new role. You will be a self-starter, driven by the motivation to see results, with a collaborative approach.
