This is a split PA role providing administrative support to the HR and communications department.
Duties of the role include:
Diary management of two Director's, providing daily support.
Provide administrative support for HR and Communications department.
Managing internal and external meetings ensuring all attendees are aware and provided with relevant details.
Coordinating travel and meetings including flights and accommodation.
Preparation and submission of Director's expenses.
Excellent IT skills including, MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint.
Previous PA experience
Excellent multi-tasker and team player.
Ability to communicate with people at all different levels.
Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds
