Product Manager (Software Development)

We are looking for a talented product manager to work for a well-established business within the travel industry. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting business who are a market leader within their sector.

The Role

  • Create product vision and guide execution through every stage of the software development lifecycle. Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research. Work with internal and external customers to understand needs of all constituencies utilizing the product; document and manage customer requirements and expectations.
  • Write business specification documentation for consumption by Development Teams. Work with Development Teams through product development cycle to ensure features developed meet the desired business objectives. Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver solutions that satisfy agent/ customer experience, business, and technology goals
  • Define a set of success metrics to measure agent/ customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision-making. Monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of development projects. Validate projects after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements.
  • Use excellent judgement in prioritising feature developments, architectural improvements and operational excellence
  • Work with business and operations teams to drive adoption of new technology and to deliver usability improvements/ enhanced agent experience. Accountable for reporting and analysis of assigned product(s).


  • Extensive product management experience within software development
  • Experience in delivering solutions working alongside tech and business teams
  • Strong technological Background
  • Ability to use competitive analysis, market and customer research to build business cases
