Content & Programming Operations Coordinator - part-time contract

Handle are working with one of the biggest globally-known broadcasting brands who are looking for a part-time Content & Programming Operations Coordinator to join their friendly and hardworking team on a part-time (2 days a week) basis for 6-12 month contract.

You will be responsible for planning, prioritising, monitoring and tracking the digitisation process of video and audio material, ensuring all scheduled material is available for transmission according to specific requirements. The person does not necessarily need to know how to format files, but has to know how to track, organise and distribute files in an internal database and system ideally in a broadcasting environment.

Essential Experience Content & Programming Operations Coordinator:

  • Have previously or currently been working in a Broadcast or Content Delivery Operations Environment or Music background, with specific experience in managing/organising Audio Files.
  • Understand how to track Video/Audio files with an internal database/system
  • Is responsible for the co-ordination of broadcast content to Programming Operations Team, Technical Operations team or Content Operations Team.
  • Checking preparing schedules for transmission, language files, compliance viewing.

This is a part time 2 days a week contract role for a length of 6-12 months at 100/day
