Project Analyst/Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager - Entertainment/Film

We are looking for an experienced Project Analyst to support in Privacy and Information Security compliance projects.
This is a great opportunity to work for a leading global film company.

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Technology savvy and capable of issue spotting privacy problems.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to understand and problem solve for complex issues.
  • Resilient and proactive personality.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times, even with the most routine tasks.
  • Extremely organized and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Privacy knowledge and/or willingness and enthusiasm to dig into privacy issues.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the transition of consumer-facing technologies onto a centralised register.
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing compliance and legal projects.
  • Drive compliance of consumer facing technologies.
  • Work closely with enterprise technology teams on requirements and plans.
  • Provide assistance to EU Privacy Legal team as required.
  • Enable the identification and mitigation of compliance risks through research, aggregation and analysis of complex data related to products e.g. websites and games.
  • Draft processes, procedures, training and guidance as required.


  • Film/Broadcast experience
