We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our client- a global leader within media, entertainment and technology.


The appointed PMO Administrator will play an integral part within the Global PMO Team. Suitable candidates will possess exceptional communication skills; fantastic attention to detail; be incredibly well organised; a self-starter and have experience of end to end project life-cycle.

This position will appeal to an individual who is excited by new product development and thrives in uncertainty, whilst seeking to shape Project Management practices that reduce ambiguity overtime.


Responsibilities
As a PMO Administrator you will support the PMO and Delivery teams across the following crucial areas:

  • Recording minutes and tracking actions of key governance sessions
  • Collating status reports
  • Documentation and configuration management
  • General Administrative tasks to support the department including but not limited to: Recruitment, Time sheeting, Shared Calendar, Training, Financial Management, Org charts


Skills required:

  • Formal project management training
  • Experienced senior administrator/ co-ordinator with project coordination/ project management experience and training
  • Demonstrate quality and attention to detail in everything you do
  • Have a 'can do' attitude, will lead by example and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Be highly organised and have the drive to bring order and structure to the projects' environment you will be working in.
  • Experience/ exposure to the end to end project life-cycle
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities
  • Pride yourself on your strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience working within large media organisations

The duration of this temporary contract is 6 months and the role is due to start ASAP.
