Handle Recruitment have an exciting temp to perm opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a leading production business. This is a role for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and looking for a fresh new challenge within a fast paced and very social office! As part of the finance team, the main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to);
- Inputting POs and invoices into accounting system
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Inputting of expenses/ statements
- Maintaining petty cash and perform monthly reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting with analysis and projects as required
The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years' experience within a similar role, be available on short term notice and have an extremely positive approach to their work. Experience using an accounting software, intermediate Excel skills and high attention to detail is absolutely essential. This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable experience to work within exciting and fast paced environment.
