We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a Creative PR Agency based in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick start their Finance career and grow within a supportive business.
You will be responsible for the administer of the purchase ledger and ensuring that outward payments are made in accordance with payment terms.
You will also be responsible for checking invoices for accuracy, organising payments to suppliers in a timely manner, being the first point of contact for purchase ledger queries and maintaining an efficient filing system.
There is scope for the role to develop and duties to be rotated to incorporate tasks such as managing recharges and reconciling petty cash, to eventually bringing in some management account experience, for the right individual who is willing to work hard and is ambitious.
