With a pending move into stunning new office space, this role offers the opportunity to really help define the 5-star visitor experience and lead a team of 3.
You will have a focus on customer service and be passionate about offering a warm welcome for every visitor.
As well as managing the team and all welcome spaces including Coffee/ Bar area, you will oversee meeting room coordination and help support any company meetings and events within the flexible spaces
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a high profile reception area ideally within a creative, media or hospitality environment.
Previous management experience essential.
For this role we will require candidates with 4 weeks notice period or lower.
