We are keen to hear from driven, polished and efficient Receptionists who are supported by outstanding administrative skills who are available to commit to temporary work immediately. It is essential that applicants have worked on a demanding front of house desk previously and able to build rapport with guests entering the business. Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be required to support the business with first class administrative support and so attention to detail is key!
- Maintaining a busy switchboard system - taking calls, dealing with queries, recording accurate messages
- Organising and booking meeting rooms
- Distributing post
- Data entry - using internal database
- Providing refreshments for guests/visitors
- Booking travel i.e. train tickets, hotels and conference sites for Directors
- Booking couriers
- Ad-hoc duties as required

You must be able to prioritise your workload effectively and should be able to use Microsoft packages confidently (Word, PowerPoint, Office and Excel). This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who has worked within a fast paced and ever-changing Reception role previously and who thrives when liaising with a wide range of individuals constantly.
