- Act as first point of contact to all calls and queries
- Greeting all visitors and guests politely and professionally
- Booking taxis/couriers
- Dealing with post on behalf of the office
- Administrative duties which will include scanning, filing, photocopying and data entry
- Providing support to senior management including running personal errands
