Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a successful fashion house with a global presence, to find a passionate and professional Receptionist to join their South West London head office, on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR team and supporting an office of 60 people, this is an excellent opportunity for a fashion lover to represent this fantastic brand from a front of house role. You will be the first person that anyone will hear or see when approaching this long established brand.
The duties of this role will include:
- Greeting guests and announcing their arrival
- Making refreshments for guests
- Handling a busy switchboard
- Sorting and distributing post and packages
- Arranging Couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
To be considered for this role, we're looking for:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Administrator or Reception role
- Polished and professional in appearance
- Excellent telephone manor and communication skills
- A keen interest in fashion and working within the industry
- Ideally living in the SW area
