Our exciting and reputable Fashion client is looking to bring on board an outstanding Receptionist to cover the busy front of house and who will be the first point of contact to all visitors and staff entering the business. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is immediately available and keen to begin working within an initial temporary contract which could have the potential to be extended.
Reporting to the Office Manager, responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Transferring high volumes of calls and relaying accurate messages
- Greeting visitors and guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Managing post
- Booking couriers on behalf of colleagues
- Managing a busy meeting room booking system
- Supporting the PA when required
- Ordering stationery, office supplies and guest lunches
