A unique opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Front of House to join this International Media Agency based in central London.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with previous experience working with a fast-paced environment.
MUST have similar media exposure.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as point of contact; welcoming guests
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintaining the Front of House area
- Screening/ re-directing calls
- Email correspondence
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ad-hoc administrative support
