Handle are partnering with a successful fast growing global start up, looking to hire a Recruiter to join the company for an initial 12 month contract.
You must be highly motivated, hands on recruiter, finding top talent with a focus on high volume no-tech roles focusing on business operations, sales, customer service, hospitality roles.
The ideal candidate will be super delivery focused, but also have a keen eye on candidate experience, and be able to manage key stakeholders effectively.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have strong experience resourcing for a high volume variety of roles
- Have experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle and have innovative ideas around recruitment advertising, sourcing, and networking.
- Fantastic communication skills and ability to quickly secure credibility in relationships at all levels.
- Work proactively and think outside the box to attract the best candidates.
- Be super organised and able to coordinate the recruitment process, reaching the best individuals to join the business.
