Handle are working with a fast growth E-Commerce brand who are on the lookout for a fantastic Recruiter to support with head office recruitment on an initial 9 month FTC.
If you are immediately available or on a short 1 month notice period and are looking to join a collaborative and passionate company, this could be the role for you!
Joining an extremely strong talent team, you will recruit across HR, finance, supply chains, logistics etc and will manage end to end recruitment.
Building strong relationships with the HR team and partnering with Hiring Managers across the business at all levels will be key in order to get under the skin of the business and to understand niche job briefs.
You will have the opportunity to develop creative social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success but will also work with external suppliers and agencies for niche positions.
Candidate experience is key and at the heart of the business and whilst the demand for new talent is paramount, providing an exceptional service to candidates and maintaining a fantastic employer brand is extremely important.
- Attending graduate fairs across the UK
- Supporting with employer branding projects
- Coordinating and supporting assessment centres
- Manage and liaise with external recruitment agencies agreeing legal terms and SLA's
- Reporting key recruitment statistics
