Handle are working with a global social media brand who are seeking an experienced Recruiter for an 11 month contract period.
This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a fast paced environment and must have knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Develop and execute research strategy to support global resourcing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure hiring needs are met
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross functional stakeholders internally
- Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements
- Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
