Handle are working with a well-established Media organisation who are looking for a confident Recruiter to join the Talent team on a permanent basis.
The company are going through an exciting period of growth and need someone to pick up and deliver on a broad range of roles across the business, including but not limited to:- sales, advertising, editorial, video producers, writers, journalists, tech, shared services, HR, Comms and many more.
They work at a high volume and you will be managing up to 30/35 roles at any one time across the team. You will need to be proactive at sourcing and headhunting, have excellent stakeholder management skills and have a growth mind-set.
The company are big on process improvement, working on strategic objectives and have a big D&I agenda. Therefore, someone who can bring ideas to the table or have implemented initiatives around recruitment process or D&I is a bonus - there is a lot of autonomy within this role.
You will work closely with department managers and heads, you will manage the recruitment process in its entirety, from advertising roles / search strategies, supporting shortlisting process to interviewing, providing assessment solutions and making offers of employment.
You will need to have significant recruitment experience, including a blend of both in house and agency experience (min. 2 years in house).
