The role is based in the heart of the city in a fun, vibrant and creative office. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter on a 11 month contract who has recruited for internal recruiters, HR or talent acquisition roles and need to be confident, organised and be great problem solver's who work effectively within a team environment.

This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a fast paced environment, hiring initiatives and has either agency or in-house experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions.
  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics ona regular basis.
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.
  • Acts as an internally and externally-facing representatives of the company and the talent acquisition team.
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with schedulers as needed.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share date-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
  • Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
