We have partnered with an incredible sports company in London who are looking for their first in-house recruiter to come on board!
You will be responsible for 360 recruitment as well as initiatives and projects. These projects can include: early careers, diversity, talent attraction methods, employer branding etc. They have SO much project work so they are keen to find someone who likes end to end recruitment but also someone with a passion for project managing talent initiatives.
You can be as creative and impactful as you want as they are constantly looking at their talent strategy and partnering with marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives to ensure they are always on top of the market and finding the best talent out there.
Reporting into the Head of HR and sat with the wider HR team, you will take full responsibility for introducing fresh talent to the business through direct headhunting, using innovative sourcing methods as well as building relationships with specialist agencies for the more niche and senior roles!
You must be a hands-on recruiter who is happy booking your own interview rooms, screening your own CVs etc as there are no talent coordinators/admins in the team as well as have full responsibility for your own live roles (typically 5-10 live roles)

This is a part-time, 4 day a week position which gives you the flexibility to enjoy and pursue your personal passions whilst continuing to build a phenomenal career in talent acquisition.
- Provide an incredible candidate experience, promoting the company's culture and values
- Use innovative and forward thinking sourcing methods including different social media channels and engaging events.
- Source, screen and interview applicants.
- Manage the ATS and all other sourcing tools.
- Build fantastic relationships with agencies and updating the PSL where necessary.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Facilitate assessment centres, skill tests
