Handle are partnering with a successful fast growing global start up, looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the company for an initial 6 month - with a view to go perm, to support with high volume recruitment across EU and APAC regions.
The business has had an unprecedented year and now in a position to add headcount to their global team to partner with line managers and source the best Talent for their growing divisions.
Due to the exciting volume and pace of their growth, we are looking for a Recruiter to join a global TA team who can manage a full 360 role from the initial vacancy briefing, sourcing and selection and through to offer and acceptance. This will be a high volume role, you will be recruiting for around 45 customer service reps across EU and APAC along with entry to mid-level corporate function and ops roles.
To be successful in your application, you must have had previous recruitment experience, where you've had the opportunity to support on projects.
The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, approachable, comfortable with ever changing environment, hands on when faced with a high volume of recruitment needs at any given time! Although they are growing rapidly, the focus is always on finding very specific individuals for each role sourcing the best talent out there and making sure the cultural fit is spot on is crucial.
