Handle are working with a creative media business who are on the lookout for a fantastic Recruitment Advisor to come in and support with recruitment needs across the business for initially 3 months.

Joining an extremely strong talent team, you will recruit broadly across the business and will manage end to end recruitment on a high volume number of roles.
Building strong relationships with the talent team and partnering with Hiring Managers across the business at all levels will be key in order to get under the skin of the business and to understand job briefs in such a creative company.
You aim to directly source incredible candidates but will also work with external suppliers and agencies for niche positions.
Candidate experience is key and at the heart of the business and whilst the demand for new talent is paramount, providing an exceptional service to candidates and maintaining a fantastic employer brand is extremely important.
You will need to go in and really hit the ground running so previous experience managing the full recruitment process is vital.
- Take job briefs from hiring managers
- Post job adverts on social media and job boards
- Manage and maintain the ATS
- Screen CVs and schedule interviews
- Provide feedback and offers to candidates
