Handle HR are partnered with a renowned entertainment company to recruit an interim Recruitment Analyst to support for 6-9 months. The recruitment drive has picked up significantly within the business which has led to a demand in recruitment analytics. Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining data integrity of Jobvite (ATS system) and working with the Recruiters to ensure applications are moved through the ATS
- Compiling recruitment analytics from Jobvite and produce weekly reports to identify pipeline bottlenecks, trends, measure performance and alert Recruiters to concerning issues.
- Working with the Recruiters to manage open positions through 'approval' process
- Supporting the overall recruitment team ad-hoc according to need
To be considered Key requirements:
- Deep understanding of Recruitment analytics
- Experience of Jobvite (or comparable ATS system - therefore easily able to pick up Jobvite)
- Expert user of excel / googlesheets
- Adept at producing reports for a variety audiences - translating data into understandable means
