Handle are excited to be working with this central London based VFX business known for working on some of the most iconic films in history! Due to continued growth they have a newly created position within their recruitment team.
In a busy and varied role you will support the senior recruiter, coordinating the recruitment process, researching niche roles and discovering where to find the best talent. You will build brilliant relationships across the business as well as with external contacts and candidates.
Ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly in an extremely fast-paced environment is essential in this role. You will need to be on the ball and proactive in your approach, not be phased by change, or by challenging stakeholders!
As well as the coordination side of the role, you'll also support on projects, arranging events, social media and reporting. Lots to get your teeth stuck into, especially for someone looking to gain lots of experience in order to progress.
