Handle have partnered with a fantastic fintech company in Central London who are looking for a strong Recruitment Coordinator to support them during a really busy time.
The company have a brilliant culture and it is a great time to join them in the lead up to their busiest time of year where there is a real buzz and energy about the office!
Working with the 4 recruiters in the team, you will support with booking interviews, basic screening of CVs, posting job adverts, posting on social media channels and coordinating the interview process. It will also be your responsibility to support with the onboarding of successful candidates - you will send out offer letters, reference checks and right to work checks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the applications that come through the ATS
- Add new roles to the system
- coordinate interviews
- Raise PO's
- Book interview rooms
- Manage job coding
- General admin
