You must be an ambitious, a self-starter, used to creating order from chaos working in a fast paced unstructured environment. You will have the gravitas needed to deliver results working to tight SLAs and partnering with challenging senior stakeholders.
You will recruit across Marketing, Communications, PR and Sales. The Successful candidate will have a progressive approach to talent with a passion for candidate experience.
Duties will include:-
Implementing a new ATS, assisting with ATS roll out across the business
Assisting with building the Talent Function from the growth up, implementing recruiting processes and putting structures in place
Working with key Senior Stakeholders across London, New York and Tel Aviv- assisting with Recruitment for Entry- C Suite Hires
Mentor a HR & Talent Coordinator
Manage sourcing Strategies and Advertising Channels
Working in tandem with HR Business Partners and Recruitment Managers to support the hyper growth of the business
Assisting with Employer Branding Projects / Career website refresh
Managing up to 30 live roles at any one time across Marketing, P.R and Comms
