Working as part of a small and collaborative People team, you will be responsible for all things recruitment, bringing with you a great toolkit to support the business growth. You will have strategic input into recruitment strategy, employer branding, graduate and apprenticeships schemes as well supporting on restaurant opening.

- In depth understanding of the hospitality sector
- Strong business acumen
- Experience working with an ATS
- Strong influencing skills at senior level
- A proactive approach and great problem solving ability
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- 3 years experience in a similar in-house recruitment role
