A fantastic career opportunity to join our team here at Handle. We are looking to hire a Resourcer who will support and work closely with one of the Managers, alongside providing some additional support to the team.
We're looking for someone who is super pro-active, driven, self-motivated and conscientious with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
A passion for creative industries- (media/ entertainment/ music/ fashion/ sport) is essential for this role, along with experience within recruitment administration/ customer service or sales support.
The role of a Resourcer is very key- this will involve sourcing candidate profiles, and managing candidate relationships.
The role requires regular use of various recruitment tools- online job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates and then manage them through the interview process to placement.
Excellent organisational, administration and social media skills are essential.
- A passion for/ knowledge of the creative industry
- Experience working in a very busy, ever-changing office or sales/media sales environment
- A clear, confident communicator
- Naturally determined and self-motivated
- Competitive nature, ambitious and driven
- A team player, who can work effectively upon initiative
- A fast learner with strong software skills including the use of MS Excel and Outlook
