We have just been briefed on an exciting new opportunity within a well-established Music company, they are looking for a Recruitment Strategy Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Joining a growing internal recruitment team, the Recruitment Strategy Analyst will oversee the management of recruitment platforms, their performance and implementations. You will be the champion on how they do things by leveraging data to suggest improvements on their current processes as well as support their tech, music and shared services on all day to day recruitment tasks, from interview scheduling to events support.
To be successful in the role, you thrive in the fast-paced momentum of recruitment, but are passionate about the operations side and driven by data and analytics, technology and music of course!
Ideally you have a background in streamlining recruitment operations in a fast-growing & dynamic organisation, but most important is that you can apply deep logic to your thinking, back everything up with data with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike.
