Handle have partnered with a global social media brand who are looking for a Research Scheduler to join them on a part time contract basis (20 hours per week, with the potential of this increasing over time)
This is a great opportunity to join this iconic social media brands Research team, helping to make them the best platform for their users. In this role you will be working with the Global Operations team and will be responsible for running the rolling research program for the Business Opportunities teams based in London. The research team are super agile, and due to growth need further support from an admin and coordination perspective.
This includes coordinating with Researchers and other product team members internally to plan sessions and understand participant recruitment criteria, liaise with participant recruiter team members to ensure high quality of participants, and to minimise no-show rates. Studies you will work on include (primarily) remote studies via video conference and (occasionally) onsite visits to the London campus or offsite studies in other countries.
The Research Coordinator will work closely with participant recruiters to make sure all specifications are being met, and all participants are being properly documented.
The role would suit candidates from a similar, fast paced start up or tech background, or candidates who have worked as part of large recruitment and talent functions.
