Following on from our move to amazing new offices, we are now ready to expand our Marketing & Communications Division and are looking for a fantastic Resourcer to join an existing this fun and outgoing team.
We work with amazing clients across TV, film, video entertainment, record labels, retail and luxury lifestyle brands and the successful Resourcer will be responsible for attracting key talent and applicants from within those industries.
You will work alongside the lovely Becca and Cal who between them have over 10 years combined knowledge in the Marketing and Communications sector.
You will be using recruitment tools; on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates and then manage them through the interview process to placement.
An understanding and keen interest in marketing and communications as you'll be talent mapping, researching the market and sourcing for roles such as:
- Brand Marketing
- Traditional PR & Communications
- Social media
- Product Marketing
- In-house digital marketing
To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will ideally:
- Have experience working in a busy office or sales environment
- Be self-motivated and hardworking
- Genuine extra-curricular interest in our markets i.e. film, sports, music, theatre, technology
- Confident and articulate
- Naturally determined and self-motivated
- Competitive nature
