Ambitious Resourcer To Join Our Successful Media & Event Sales Division
We are looking for a bright and ambitious Resourcer to work with our expanding Media & Event Sales division. This is a well-established team with years of experience - they are determined, hardworking and lots of fun!
This Resourcer will be working alongside the Account Manager, Hannah Symes and the divisions dedicated Director, Andrea Pell. You will be working on placing impeccable candidates into temporary and contract roles.
The Resourcer role at Handle is a key business function, sourcing great quality candidates and managing them through the recruitment process. You will be using recruitment tools, on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates and then manage them through the interview process to placement. Good organisational, administration and social media skills are essential.
- An understanding of or experience working within the Market Sector
- Experience working in a busy office or sales/media sales environment
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Genuine extra-curricular interest in our markets i.e. film, sports, music, theatre, technology
- Confident and articulate
- Naturally determined and self-motivated
- Competitive nature
Join our highly successful, commercial and established Media & Event Sales division in our central London office. This is one of the newer divisions at Handle but certainly quickly built a reputable name within the market sector. We have a strong client base coupled with great market presence and reputation which means that we are established but still have an appetite for growth.
This experienced and successful team is led by Andrea Pell - a great mentor to her staff with a deep knowledge of the relevant market sectors. The team is made up of 1 Consultant (Lauren), 1 Account Manager (Hannah) and of course 1 Director (Andrea). This experienced team have a really close bond - and have always welcomed new members into their social and work life! ?
