We are proudly working with one of the most recognised media and publishing companies in the UK who are expanding their talent team and looking for an ambitious and passionate Resourcing Advisor!
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager and sat with two other exceptional Resourcing Advisors, you will take full responsibility for introducing fresh talent to the business through direct headhunting, using innovative sourcing methods as well as building relationships with specialist agencies for the more niche and senior roles!
You will be responsible for 360 recruitment as well as initiatives and projects. These projects can include: internships, early careers, diversity, opening up publishing as an industry etc. They have SO much project work so they are keen to find someone who likes end to end recruitment but also someone with a passion for project managing talent initiatives - you can be as creative and impactful as you want as they are constantly looking at their talent strategy and partnering with marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives to ensure they are always on top of the market and finding the best talent out there.
You must be a hands on recruiter who is happy booking your own interview rooms, screening your own CVs etc as there are no talent coordinators/admins in the team as well as have full responsibility for your own live roles - the team are really collaborative and genuinely love what they do so you will be surrounded by a great team
You will need to be super organised and happy working in a fast paced environment as they have up to 100 live roles at any one time but also like the variety of project work alongside this.
- Provide an incredible candidate experience, promoting the company's culture and values
- Use innovative and forward thinking sourcing methods including different social media channels and engaging events.
- Source, screen and interview applicants.
- Manage the ATS and all other sourcing tools.
- Build fantastic relationships with agencies and updating the PSL where necessary.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Facilitate assessment centres, skill tests
