We are looking for a Retail System Administrator to join a leading sports brand based in North London and help to support and maintain the internal retail systems and assist users with issues.
Working for an instantly recognisable international sporting brand, you will provide first line support for users in both warehouse and store locations, while also monitoring and maintaining the systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills and who can deliver first class customer service to develop their career in retail systems support.
The core focus of this role will be to provide day to day support for retail systems. Based in a warehouse environment, you will need to identify, investigate, diagnose and resolve issues, and make sure you are keeping any affected users updated. This will mean dealing with people on the phone, via email and face to face, so you will need strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
You will also take responsibility for monitoring and auditing systems, picking up errors and faults, and working with suppliers to resolve problems. You will need to ensure new starters are trained on systems and processes, and any updates are communicated to the business. You will also help to test updates and upgrades, and document any changes.
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of supporting retail systems, ideally in a multi-location retail environment. In addition, we are looking for the following;
- An understanding of Epos and basic warehouse system processes
- Experience providing first line support to users
- Computer literacy, including an understanding of MS packages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
