Whether you're currently specialising in Reward or have a background as an HR Generalist and looking to get into more of a Compensation and Benefits role, this could be an exciting next step up for you.
Working alongside the Reward Manager you will play a key part in evolving the culture of the company and ensuring the best benefits are being offered to all employees to retain their fantastic talent.
To be successful in your application you will ideally already have a few year's experience in reward, benefit and pensions and now be looking to take on more ownership and get involved in projects.
You will be involved in:
- Salary and benefits bench-marking
- Driving creative and imaginative reward initiatives to ensure exceptional employee engagement
- Leading on employee recognition activities
- Delivery of value orientated initiatives
- Ensuring the company's core values are promoted at all times.
