We are currently looking for a progressive and innovative Rewards Manager to support the Head of Reward in delivering effective reward strategy on a global scale into the business.

You will be leading a team of Reward professionals on all aspects from short term to long term strategies surrounding Reward and policies, managing and developing important relationships with providers with a focus on spend, delivering annual budgeting/promotions/salary reviews etc and developing policies and guidelines.
To be considered for this role you must have a degree or equivalent in Human Resources, have experience working with sales incentive based rewards, have experience working for a matrix creative organisation and have operated on a global scale. You will be highly personable with a dynamic approach and able to work in fast paced and changing environments.
