Handle are working with an incredible entertainment company who need an exceptional Reward Manager to come on board.
Supporting the HR Director, you will design the reward strategy for the business - implementing an annual pay review and creating an inspiring incentive scheme to roll out across the business. Thinking strategically but acting commercially is key in this role!
You will be responsible for the full reward programme and will provide high quality expertise surrounding compensation and benefits.
This is an amazing opportunity where you will not only manage reward schemes but also have the freedom and support to design and implement new reward programmes!
You will play a key part in developing strategic reward initiatives and will continuously improve leadership capability.

- Liaise with external pension and benefit providers
- Manage global mobility and suppliers
- Support with job evaluations and banding structures as well as relocation and secondments across the business.
- Develop reward programmes to support recruitment, engagement and retention.
