I am looking for a passionate and innovative Reward Manager to join an established HR team to manage the benefits and reward function and ensure the effective implementation of reward policies, procedures and processes.
The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships and deal with brokers, as well as internal relationships. You will play a key role and have input on salary reviews, bonus & merit reviews, working closely with the global HRIS team and payroll department you will contribute to the development of reward strategy that supports business objectives, secures competitive advantage and delivers consistency.
