Job Description

Handle are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Analysis/ Account Coordinator for a leading broadcasting channel.

We are seeking a candidate who is able to analyse and maintain businesses across their global networks as well as ensure the day-to-day running of channels and other products.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the channel in line with business objectives in both local and international markets.
  • Work with Distribution Director to help deliver targets for affiliate sales and help to build effective affiliate processes across the territories.
  • Liaise with local and international sales, business development and finance teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analyses for contract renewals and new business opportunities and any additional support needed.
  • Provide financial modelling and on-going analysis of commercial terms across the region to benchmark and evaluate performance.
  • Support the finance team and Distribution Director with the budget and reforecast process - preparation of basic assumptions based on contractual obligations, creation templates, consolidation of regional files and creation of comprehensive summary sheets and presentations.
  • Review monthly billing run and oversee and assist with debt collection for the channel.
  • Fully manage the CMS (MS Dynamics) ensuring it's up to date and corresponds to our internal contract database.
  • Manage affiliate statistics and reporting and provide ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Work closely with the remote operational and digital teams to assist with contract management, account administration and technical support for the platforms carrying the channel.
  • Working closely with an Inflight team in the US, managing the overall Inflight sales process, including refreshing offers, assisting with metadata and images and other related requests.
  • In charge of VOD delivery process and other content refreshes for all affiliate clients, including managing and updating the VOD Database and ensuring the technical and operational international teams deliver the content.
  • Regularly keep up to date with market research and business trends.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial skills with analytical approach and previous finance experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel a must
  • Conscientious and hard-working, extremely accurate, methodical and with an eye for detail and presentation
  • Ability to take onboard feedback
  • Excellent communication skills and relates to people at all levels
  • Adaptable and copes well with challenges
  • Trustworthy and exercises a strong work ethic
  • Calm, reliable and professional manner
  • Proficiency in all MS Office packages
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of TV distribution formats and terminologies beneficial
