Handle are excited to be partnering with a dynamic and highly successful music marketing agency to recruit an outgoing and ambitious Sales Executive to join their elite sales team.

The agency itself creates influential live music campaigns working alongside iconic global musicians and prestigious brand to form unforgettable partnerships. They focus on creating campaigns that get to the heart of their audiences, creating a long lasting impression. We're looking for a candidate who will emulate the agency's core values with a passion and extensive knowledge of the music industry as well as brands and the ability to successfully solidify partnerships between the two.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working on projects to map the market and research brands that would be interested in advertising at the live music events
  • Sourcing own leads and building a network of contacts within brands that you're targeting
  • Reaching out to brand new clients to build new relationships
  • Pitching to clients both over the phone and email
  • Working to KPI's to achieve daily/ quarterly/ annual targets
  • Recording all activity accurately on internal databases/ Excel

This is an extremely unique and exciting role for someone with a passion for music as well as the hunger and resilience to be an extremely successful sales person. The role itself with provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with ongoing training as well as encouragement to progress within the company. We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a confident and articulate phone manner. You will be enthusiastic, persuasive and creative with the ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team.

A candidate with a successful track record within a similar sales focus role and a history of hitting KPI's and targets will be highly preferable however a candidate with little experience but the right motivations and hunger to succeed will be considered too. This role will focus on 100% new business development with little account management so candidates looking to move away from cold calling and bringing in new business unfortunately wouldn't be suitable for this opportunity.
