Handle Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a well-known multinational media brand to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their fast paced team. Based in the heart of the West End, this truly is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their Accounts Receivable experience within a creative and lively environment.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Daily remittances
- Raising sales invoices
- Work closely with Royalties team
- Payment allocation
- Resolving queries
- Assisting with managing and chasing overdue payments
- Assisting with month end duties
- Ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have least one years' experience within a similar role, preferably within the media industry. You will also have experience with multicurrency bank reconciliations and be comfortable raising invoices and cash postings using an accounting software. Advanced Excel skills are also highly desired!
